• ABOUT US

As innovation continues to flourish in the area of healthcare technology, there is a vacant niche for the careful and proper curation of data resources in order to bridge the gap in developing novel, deep analytics that can stand up to scientific scrutiny. The Laboratory of Data Discovery for Health (D²4H) is at the forefront to fill this gap. It aims to gather and curate massive, unique data resources and develop deep, frontier analytics that will protect global public health and improve individual healthcare through precision medicine.

The D²4H is spearheaded by The University of Hong Kong with support from other global leaders in healthcare, including the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University College London, and the University of Sydney. The research output produced by these institution’s world-renowned experts will have global, national and local benefits, and strong commercialisation potential.
